ISBPA Academic Award

Dear Fellow Illinois State BPA Member:

I hope this letter finds your 2022 year off to a great start! We are pleased to announce our new ISBPA Youth Scholarship program that will award an ISBPA high school senior bowler, who is graduating the spring of 2023, a $1,000 scholarship that will go into their USBC Smart Account. This scholarship is strictly based on academic merits only. It is only awarded to a youth bowler that is from Illinois and bowls at an ISBPA member center.

How does it work? We simply ask you to have your youth coordinator, manager, or yourself to distribute the scholarship forms out to your high school seniors that will be graduating in the spring of 2023. Those students will simply follow the directions on the form and mail everything back to ISBPA by no later than September 30, 2022. Our ISBPA Youth Committee will then review all the entries and make their choice for an overall winner.

Your role is simply to get the info out and we will do the rest.

We hope that you’ll consider this fantastic opportunity for your high school senior bowlers. Who knows, the winner could be from your center.
